Principles of Membership
Membership of the Institute of Clerks of Works and Construction Inspectorate is available to suitably qualified individuals who are engaged in any aspect of the inspection, superintendence of construction and/or maintenance of the built environment.
Requirements
Those applying for membership should complete the required application form which is available as a download at the foot of this page, and submit with:
Membership Interview
Following receipt of your application, you will be invited to attend an interview, which will be conducted at either a Hong Kong, Macau or PRC meeting centre.

In recognition of outstanding contribution to the Institute or the industry in general, ICWCI also bestow an honorary grade on suitable individuals:

The Housing Authority of HKSAR has recognized that our corporate member attains the requirements as a site agent for their building contracts – letter attached.
